UniCredit - IBM Tivoli Infrastructure Management

The multi-corporate banking institution decided to develop a one-stop management concept and relied on the IBM Tivoli software product family to operate the Fault Management and the Performance Management of the networks and systems, as well as, the Service Management. Over the years and with the involvement of IBM, the development and the extension of the system was provided by netage from conception to implementation.
